  • Yes. Metabolic IQ is fully remote; Flow IQ and Physique IQ sessions are here in LA.

  • All we ask is that you have access to basic gym equipment (barbell, dumbbells, cables).

    At home? You should be prepared and have some basics such as a cable machine and adjustable bench. We can adapt and suggest low-cost add-ons.
